WHAT DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

Our catalogue includes all the local and national bodybuilding and fitness/figure shows that we have shot since 1996. They include some IFBB shows as well as CBBF IDFA and OPA. New Visions Video and Northern Physique will be creating a new line of videos to be released beginning early 2008.

DO YOU OFFER BOTH DVD AND VHS?

We only offer DVDs for sale as the demand for VHS no longer in demand enough to support carrying our titles on both formats.

DO YOU HAVE YOUR DVDs & VIDEOS IN ALL FORMATS?

Our DVDS are available in NTSC which is playable in most DVD players internationally. If you have a special request for another kind of format such as PAL then please let us know.

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR VIDEOS LIKE?

Our videos have all been shot on Professional Broadcast quality 3 chip cameras. They are NOT the quality of the cameras you use for home videos (i.e. America’s Funniest Home Videos for example). Quality will vary depending on when it was shot as the older videos are of analogue quality compared to Digital format which we now use but regardless it is excellent. If there is any video that is what we consider to be below our usual standard then it will be indicated in the catalogue.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE DVD OR VIDEO I RECEIVE IS FAULTY?

New Visions Video guarantees our products and if there is any problem with the quality which could include a defective DVD we would gladly replace it. Please inform us within two weeks of receiving your order. Always test your DVD on another player or computer drive to see if a problem remains in other machines. Some older DVD players will not play our DVD-R copies but that is rare. But please contact us with any problems first and we will figure out the solution. We do not exchange for other titles generally or refund.

HOW DO I FIND WHICH VIDEO MY FAVOURITE BODYBUILDER OR FITNESS/FIGURE GIRL APPEARS IN?

At present we do not have a data base that will easily find an athlete so the best thing to do is contact us and request that person. We should have a good idea of which shows he/she has done.

WOULD NEW VISIONS VIDEO BE INTERESTED IN COVERING OUR SHOW?

Please contact us if you are interested in video coverage of your show and we can discuss that possibility.

CAN I USE THE PHOTOS ON THE NEW VISIONS or NORTHERN PHYSIQUE WEBSITE?

Please note that all the photos on our websites are copyrighted by Northern Physique and New Visions Video.

DO YOU HAVE A MAILING LIST?

We do have a mailing list that we can put you on. This list is private and will not be sold, lent or given to any other agency for misuse. The mailing list will notify you of our up and coming videos and recent releases.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER OVER THE INTERNET?

When making your payment on Paypal, Paypal uses SSL or a secure connection which helps to protect your credit card information from being read by anyone else on the internet.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are presently using PAY PAL for credit card orders. If you are mailing within Canada, you may use a money order, certified cheque or personal cheque. Please note that personal cheques take one week to clear and will add to the wait time. We cannot accept personal cheques outside of Canada. All cheques are payable to New Visions Video.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Within Canada we use Express Post by the Canadian Postal Service.
Within Ontario the cost is 7.00.
Outside Ontario the cost is 11.00.
U.S. shipping cost is 11.00.
International shipping is 14.00.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE AND HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?

When orders have been filled and shipped out, we will notify you by email so you will know when to expect your package. Normally it takes 2-4 weeks within North America and 4-6 weeks internationally. We do not have tracking numbers unless you use insured mail or a courier service such as FED-EX which will be expensive.

PLEASE NOTE:Orders with insurance is recommended especially if you are outside of Canada as we cannot be responsible for any loss in the post. A signature is required when delivered to your door.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We only offer returns and exchanges if you have received a damaged or defective product. A video exchange is limited to the title you have ordered. You may cancel an order and receive a full refund if cancellation occurs prior to shipping your order out.

INSURANCE

To guarantee your package arrives to its destination, New Visions Video includes insurance in all shipped items. This way, should your package not arrive, it will be replaced free of charge quickly as possible as soon as it has been declared lost.

OVERNIGHT RUSH EXPRESS MAIL

At present we offer overnight rush express mail within Canada only. The cost is 14.00. You may request this by making an note of it during checkout.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can contact us at newvisionsvideo@cogeco.ca and we can track your order to tell you when to expect it. Please note that if you are ordering the show that has recently passed then it will be in production which will take a few weeks to be edited and duplicated so please be patient as they are not videos waiting and ready to be sent out right away! Release dates will normally be posted for these kinds of videos

NEW VISIONS VIDEO STORE PRIVACY POLICY

We respect the privacy of our clients and customers and do not swap, sell or distribute any information to other sources. We do not store card information on our computers as well.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER?

All our customers’ information is confidential and a number is important for credit card transactions as well as if we need to contact you directly regarding your order.

WHAT IF MY ADDRESS CHANGES?

Let us know if you are moving and what date you would like the package to arrive after you have moved. Also, if you wish to remain on our mailing list, let us know your new address or email.
